The LPN/Charge Nurse provides nursing care to meet the needs of an assigned group of residents within the framework of the total plan of care.Functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse.Supervises various nursing personnel on a regular basis.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Basic Computer skills required.
SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and firing; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
