Essential Functions:
Assist with coordination of hospital performance improvement activities including facilitating and assisting PI projects and teams. Workswith Committees/Departments/Teams/Units/Individuals in completing PI activities and projects. Provides education and acts a a mentor tostaff regarding PI tools and processes. Assists with data collection and reporting. Actively participates and represents the Department on Teams/Committees and Councils. Manages all aspects of CMS, NJSDOH, TJC, etc. mandatory reporting initiatives and keeps abreast of regulatory definitions and requirements. Facilitates organizational compliance with core measures through early identification and communication accurately perform core measure data abstraction educate staff on new measures and definitions actively participate in daily patient care rounds. Manages organizational PI Data and reporting, assisst staff in developing appropriate data collection tools collect, analyze, report and display data for appropriate Committees/Councils participate in multiagency improvement initiatives. Identifies and implemenst appropriate action plans and utilizes appropriate software programs to record, analyze and display results. Assists with organizational survey readiness activities participate on Standard Review Teams perform mock surveys. Identifies and addresses areas of non-compliance. Actively participates in activities and initiatives related to the improvement of Patient Safety. Participates in root cause analyses and failure mode effects analyses, participatea on appropriate Teams and Committees andassists with chart reviews and action plan development as appropriate.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
