You must have clear and courteous communication, and accuracy in relaying information about prices, vehicles, and services.
As well as the ability to use computers.
DUTIES:
Accept payments by cash, credit cards and checks from customers for repairs, General Purpose Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities answer telephone, screen and direct calls provide general administrative and clerical support Receipt monies and create cash receipts receive and sort mail and deliveries schedule appointments tidy and maintain the reception area rental car contracts Performance Automotive Group is an EOE.
Drug and Background checks are required.
