The hospital team members by serving as the tier one point of contact for inquiries regarding policies, processes, and programs across a broad range of HR topics, including but not limited to team members Leave of Absence, Tuition Reimbursement, Onboarding, Payroll, Retirement, Benefits and more.
TMRS's License/Certification needed:
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources in either a customer-focused role or HR discipline.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred Must be up to date with COVID-19 Vaccinations and Boosters Recommended Skills Business Administration Human Resources Networking Psychology Onboarding Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
