As our Maintenance Helper, you'll work as part of our maintenance team on installation of next projects.
You'll often work in a team under the direction of our Facilities Manager.
YOU'RE A GOOD FIT FOR THE ROLE IF YOU:
? Have at least 1 year of experience on a maintenance team at a commercial or industrial work environment ? Like working with your hands ? Can diagnose and solve mechanical, technical, and electrical issues ? Can work independently and do it well ? Are reliable and punctual ? Value good attendance and a good attitude ? Want to be a part of a team that's building something big ? Have basic knowledge of power tools preferred TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
? Monitoring equipment ? Groundskeeping and general upkeep of the property (landscaping, trash removal).
? Running errands to pick up materials and supplies as needed ? Organizing and inventorying materials, tools, and parts ? Safe and proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment ? Other tasks as assigned NECESSARY AVAILABILITY:
5 days a week 8 AM - 5 PM OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift 75 lbs Ability to work on a ladder Valid drivers license Reliable transportation to get to and from work Must be legally able to work in the United States COMPENSATION:
