At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources in either a customer-focused role or HR discipline.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred Duties:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues from varying ranges using knowledge of HR policies and procedures, HR systems, and internal HR business processes.
Consistently track cases using Cherwellor HR Helpdesk, Oracle.
Ensure a complete record of history of the inquiry from initial request through resolution.
Escalate high level inquiries by engaging with and assisting the appropriate Centers of Excellence.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Partner with other internal departments such as HRTECH, Payroll, Finance, IT, Security.
Act as internal TMR escalation point and ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to other TMR Specialists.
